Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use what2c.tv. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
What the service is
what2c.tv is a free tool for discovering highly-rated series and movies, seeing where they can be streamed in your region, and keeping a personal watchlist that syncs across your devices. It is a discovery and organisation tool. It does not host, stream, or distribute any film or television content, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any streaming provider.
Your account
You may browse and search without an account. To save a watchlist you need one, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the service, or use automated means to place load on it beyond ordinary personal use;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user’s account;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or circumvent its rate limits or access controls;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, or that threatens the service’s stability or cost.
Third-party data and links
Titles, ratings, artwork, release dates and streaming availability come from third-party sources including TMDB, TVmaze, TheTVDB, Simkl, JustWatch, IMDb, Agregarr, MDBList, Wikidata and OMDb. That data belongs to its respective owners and is used under their terms. It can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — availability in particular changes frequently and by region. Always confirm on the provider’s own site before relying on it. Links out to streaming providers are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, pricing, or availability.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Availability
The service is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular title, rating or availability badge is accurate. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, or for any decision you make based on information shown in it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your content
Your watchlist is yours. We store it in order to provide the service to you and do not claim ownership of it or sell it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after that means you accept them.
